You see the cost before you start. We reserve credits while the work runs and return them if it fails.

Research uses credits when it produces usable travel and stay results, or a supported destination suggestion. If transport is already arranged, usable stay results are enough. Retrying a shortlist from saved research is free.

Before you set off
Am I buying flights or a hotel?
No. Credits buy access to PanaBooking’s planning and research features. You book and pay for travel directly with third-party providers. Always confirm their dates, availability, prices and cancellation terms.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available where required by law or the payment provider’s policies. We do not offer an additional voluntary refund for unused credits or a change of mind. See the refund policy.
Who handles payment?
Stripe Managed Payments provides hosted checkout. The purchase is sold through Link, which issues receipts and handles transaction support. PanaBooking provides the trip-planning service. We do not receive your full card details.
Do credits expire or renew?
Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry while your account and the service remain active. They do not renew automatically. Credits cannot be transferred or used to pay a travel provider.
