What we save

Your account name, email address, hashed password, saved trip briefs, and the travel preferences you choose to provide. Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. Session records may include your IP address and browser information.

Your trips are private

Saved trips are accessible to your account. Administrators can access application records to operate the service and investigate problems. Trip briefs are not published as public pages.

Research providers

Live AI and web research are not active in this first release. Creating a trip brief does not send it to an AI or search provider. Before live research is enabled, this notice will explain which providers receive trip information.

Photos

Destination photos load from Pexels. Your browser connects to their image service to display them. Each photo includes a link to its source and photographer.

Delete your data

You can delete an individual trip from its page. In your travel profile, “Account and privacy” lets you delete your account and its saved trips, preferences, and conversations after confirming your password. Operational server logs and hosting backups may persist under the hosting provider’s retention policy.

Early access

This is a foundation release. Do not include payment details, passport numbers, or other sensitive documents in trip briefs.
