Purchases and your rights

Refund policy

When a refund is available, what happens if something goes wrong, and your consumer rights.

When a refund is available

We refund credit purchases where required by applicable law or the merchant of record’s policies. We do not offer an additional voluntary refund for a change of mind or an unused credit balance.

Promotional and welcome credits have no cash refund value. This policy covers PanaBooking planning credits; travel providers have their own booking and cancellation policies.

If something goes wrong

Failed planning jobs return reserved credits automatically. If credits were deducted for an action that failed, or you paid but your credits did not arrive, contact support with the order or trip reference. We will investigate and correct the credit balance or arrange a refund where required.

Consumer rights and withdrawal

EU consumers generally have 14 days from purchase to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions. This period can be extended if required information was not provided. Other mandatory rights, including remedies for a faulty or undelivered service, can continue after that period.

A proportionate charge for services already provided during the withdrawal period is possible only where you expressly requested an early start and the legal requirements are met. Buying or using credits does not by itself waive your rights.

To request withdrawal or report a purchase problem, email support@panabooking.com. Include your account email and order reference if available so we can identify the purchase. A clear statement that you wish to withdraw is enough; no specific wording or reason is required for statutory withdrawal. For purchases sold through Link, you can also use Link’s transaction support.

Payment fees

We do not deduct payment-processing or administration fees from statutory withdrawal refunds. A lawful charge for services already provided is separate from a processing fee.

How refunds are handled

Approved refunds are processed through the merchant of record to the original payment method. The associated credits are removed from your wallet once the refund is confirmed. A refund or payment dispute can leave a negative credit balance if credits have already been spent; contact us if you need help reviewing an adjustment. Your bank or payment method determines when the returned funds appear.

For Stripe Managed Payments purchases, Link’s refund and transaction policies also apply. Link may handle qualifying claims within 60 days, including non-delivery, materially different or faulty products, and unauthorized or duplicate payments. Its policy takes precedence where ours is more restrictive.
