Using PanaBooking

PanaBooking is an online trip-planning and research service. These terms cover your account, our planning tools, and any planning credits you buy. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact us at support@panabooking.com with questions.

Your account and your plans

Keep your account credentials private and your email address accurate. Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, or upload content you do not have the right to use. You keep your rights to the information you submit; we process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Planning assistance and travel bookings

Research and AI-generated suggestions can be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Saved results are planning references; they do not confirm inventory, prices, entry requirements or suitability. Verify material details with the original provider before you book. Travel purchases are separate contracts with the providers you choose. PanaBooking does not issue tickets, reserve rooms, collect travel booking payments or provide a travel package.

Planning credits

Credits are prepaid access to features within PanaBooking. They are not cash, transferable funds or payment for travel bookings. Guided choices and access to saved plans are free. Current action costs and pack prices are shown on our pricing page and in your wallet. The displayed cost applies to each action you confirm.

We reserve credits while an action runs and release them if the action fails. Research is charged when it returns usable results as described on the pricing page. Retrying a shortlist from existing research does not use more credits. Welcome credits are promotional, granted once per account when charging is enabled, and are not refundable for cash.

Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry while your account and the service remain active. Packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. If a credit price changes, you must review the new cost before starting another paid action. Contact support about unused purchased credits before deleting your account.

Payment and delivery

When you purchase through Stripe Managed Payments, the purchase is sold through Link. Link is the merchant of record for the transaction and provides checkout, receipts, applicable tax handling and transaction support. We add credits to your account after receiving confirmed payment. Some payment methods take longer to confirm. Returning from checkout alone does not prove payment.

Review the final total and the merchant’s terms at checkout. The terms shown there also apply to the payment transaction. Our refund policy explains statutory withdrawal rights, payment-provider protections and credit adjustments. We do not offer an additional voluntary refund for unused credits or a change of mind.

Service changes and account restrictions

Features and external sources may change or become unavailable. We may restrict access to investigate abuse or protect the service. If a change prevents use of purchased credits, contact support so we can resolve the issue, including a refund where required by law or the payment provider’s policies. We will give notice of material changes to these terms before applying them where required.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies for a service that does not conform to what was promised. These terms do not exclude liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded. Complaints and service questions can be sent to support@panabooking.com.
